Meet Sterling, one of the Stanford Equestrian Team‘s trusty steeds. Stanford University’s historic Red Barn Equestrian Center is home to over thirty horses owned or leased by the school and used for hunt seat equitation, dressage, and western horsemanship IEA competitions. Sterling is the oldest horse in the barn, and prior to coming to Stanford she was an event pony in Ohio. Looks like she still dreams of galloping across the country!
