Happy Holidays, EN. I plan to sleep in quite late this morning after being up all night making far more fudge than anyone ought to ever make. I’m not going to lie, things got a little crazy. I made some bacon fudge and a test batch of sriracha fudge. The bacon fudge is pretty awesome, but the jury is still out on the sriracha. I think with some tweaks to the ratios, it could be a hit! I hope you’ve got some plans for something fun today. While you are out and about, please keep a good thought out for Jennie Brannigan and Cambalda (“Ping”). Last night, Jennie posted an update to her Facebook page indicating that Ping was at New Bolton with a case of colic.
