Saturday Video: Storming Around Stockholm with Boyd Martin

Imagine, if you will, cantering into an arena packed with tricky questions, in front of a roaring crowd and pounding music — on a horse you’ve only ridden a couple of times. That’s the situation at hand for all those intrepid riders who pick up catch rides for the indoor eventing classes at some of the biggest shows around the world, and this weekend, a number of them are doing so in Sweden, including Boyd Martin. He finished fifth in the first round of the class on Thursday evening, and so will enter the ring at the halfway point in tomorrow night’s finale with Caruccio Paradise.
