We here at Eventing Nation aren’t opposed to Dressage on principle, we just happen to think that flying around a cross country course afterwards makes it much more tolerable. However, for those who choose to stay in the white rectangle constantly, we applaud your patience, and we admire a job well done when we see it.
Recently, I found this video of Helen Langehanenberg (pronunciation unknown) and Damon Hill NRW, Germany’s top finishing partnership at the summer Olympics competing in the German Masters World Cup Freestyle on Saturday, with the highest ever score for the pair internationally, 86.775%. I miss the old days of finding video after video of the incredible Totilas, and this pair seems to be a good replacement. My only question is: what is in that German water?? I gotta get me some of that!
